Shipping - Click & Collect

Shipping methods and costs for UK orders
Shipping within the UK mainland are charged at checkout. Some older items do not have the correct shipping cartons available anymore and other options will be available on request.
The UK mainland includes England, Scotland* and Wales (*does not include Scottish Highlands and Islands). VAT is also charged at 20% within the EU. 

Click & Collect

You can arrange a Click & Collect service from your local Bang & Olufsen showroom or authorised service centre. You will need to discuss this before a purchase has been completed.

Method of Shipping UK orders
Most small orders up to 2Kg are shipped by the Royal Mail. All orders are delivered next working day (subject to stock availability and the time the order was taken) but can take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends). 

Orders over 2Kg, are shipped via courier service. Approved Used Bang & Olufsen selects the most cost effective and reliable courier depending upon the delivery location. Delivery within the UK Mainland is generally 2-5 days day and within the EU upto 7 working days (subject to stock availability and the time the order was taken) and excludes weekends. 

Notification of Shipping
When your goods are shipped an email will be sent confirming that we have shipped your order and advises the method of shipment used. 

All prices shown on the site include VAT @ 20% 
The system will advise you of the cost of shipping when you checkout. At this stage you can still decide not to proceed if you do not like the shipping charge.

UK Mainland delivery consists of the following countries: 
England
Wales
Scotland (excluding Scottish Islands and Highlands)
Does not include Northern Ireland for shipping purposes
